No. All Sentrival services are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. No notice period required. Your services continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. On your next renewal date you will not be charged and your services will stop. No cancellation fees. No long-term commitments.

The setup fee covers the work we do to get your services configured and launched. For reputation management that includes setting up your monitoring profiles, configuring your response preferences, and getting everything connected. For web design it covers the actual build of your website. After setup, your monthly fee covers ongoing service delivery. Most agencies charge $3,000 to $5,000 just to get started. Our setup fees are a fraction of that.

Your first payment covers the setup fee plus your first month of service. After that you are billed only the monthly rate each month. There are no other fees.

Most clients see improvement in their Google rating within 60 to 90 days of consistent review responses and review request campaigns. The exact timeline depends on your starting point and how many new reviews come in.

Most websites are completed within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form. You will receive a preview link to review before anything goes live.

Positive and neutral reviews receive professional AI-crafted responses automatically within 24 hours. You do not need to do anything. Negative reviews receive a carefully crafted response reviewed by our team within 24 hours before posting. You are notified when a negative review comes in so you are always aware.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the upgrade takes effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Each plan includes revision rounds during the build. Starter gets 1 round. Pro gets 2 rounds. Premium gets 3 rounds. We work with you until you are satisfied within those rounds.

Yes. We serve local businesses across the United States. Our services are fully remote and work for any local business regardless of location.

Founders pricing is available to our first 50 Bundle Pro and Bundle Premium clients only. Founders clients pay a discounted rate that is locked permanently. Even if standard pricing increases in the future, founders clients never pay more than their locked rate. Once the 50 spots are filled, founders pricing closes forever.

Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover work already completed to launch your services. Monthly fees are not prorated for cancellations mid-cycle. You retain full access to your services through the end of your current billing period. No additional charges after cancellation.

If your payment declines we will notify you immediately by email. You have 7 days to update your payment method. During those 7 days your services continue uninterrupted. If payment is not resolved within 7 days your services will be temporarily paused until payment is received. Your billing date does not change due to a late payment so you will not be double billed. Accounts that remain unpaid for 30 days are cancelled.

Yes. You can pause your service for up to 90 days at 50 percent of your monthly rate. During a pause your account and all data remain intact. For reputation management we pause active monitoring and responses. For web design your website stays live but updates and support are paused. At the end of your pause period your service automatically resumes at full price and your card is charged on your normal billing date. You will receive a reminder 7 days before your pause ends. Clients may pause once per 12 month period.

Your website remains live on our hosting for 5 business days after cancellation. Within those 5 business days we deliver a complete zip file of all your website files to your email address. You own the design and content we built for you and can host it with any provider. After confirming you received your files we remove the site from our hosting.

Your billing date will be set to the 28th of each month. This ensures consistent billing regardless of how many days are in a given month.

Yes. You can purchase either service individually at the standard rate or combine them as a bundle and save. There is no requirement to bundle. If you already have a website you may only need reputation management. If you only need a website you only need web design.

Everything is collected through a simple online form after purchase. For reputation management we need your business name, address, phone number, and Google Business Profile URL. For web design we need your business information, logo, brand colors, and a list of your services. Most clients complete the form in under 10 minutes.

No. We never ask for your Google password or direct account access. Review responses are posted through our platform which connects to Google through a secure integration. Your account credentials stay with you at all times.

During onboarding we collect information about your business tone and communication style. We use this to personalize every response. Positive and neutral reviews receive responses automatically within 24 hours. Negative reviews are reviewed by our team before posting to ensure they represent your business correctly. You can contact us at any time to adjust the tone or style.

You always retain full access to your Google Business Profile and can respond directly whenever you choose. Our system will detect that a response was already posted and will not post a duplicate. We work alongside you, not instead of you.
